Full Version: What is the best food or drink to recharge muscles after running ?

Hi

I am running outside and want to do so every day. Right now I am just running and not doing other training where I was using the protein soy drinks. Will it cause weight gain I just want to repare the muscles so I run every day not taking a day off and running every second day.
Running is good cardio exercise to burn fat and get healthy. While it burns fat, it also helps increase your endurance and your overall health. If you aren't gaining any weight from the protein drinks then I wouldn't be concerned. But if you are taking in more calories than you are burning then you will start to gain weight as your body stores it as fat.
